  • B.Tech

The B.Tech program aims at providing a strong foundation in theoretical, practical and design aspects. B. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumental Control, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer and Information Technology, is a four year professional undergraduate program offered by University. The curriculum is organized such that it enables students to get a strong foundation on various aspects of new trends in Engineering and Technology.  Thus the B.Tech program offered by the University provides an ample opportunity for the aspiring students to become good Engineers with sufficient knowledge to take up the Engineering profession.

  • MSc Physics

Department is running to year MSc Physics Specialization in Electronics. This includes various applied topics such as mathematical physics, micro processors, Microwave, photonics, Nanotechnology etc. This course focuses on laboratory-based classes with a hands-on approach to practical and theoretical study. The course contains electronics as well as physics laboratory work .Department has well equipped electronics and physics laboratories.

  • MSc Mathematics

It is a well-known fact that Mathematics is the backbone of all sciences and hence its development is an important factor. In view of this the Department of Mathematics offers M.Sc. degree in Mathematics. The main objective of the programme is to provide students with such a knowledge, abilities and insight in mathematics and related fields that they are able to work as mathematical professionals, or are qualified for training as scientific researcher. The Programme in reflects the versatility of mathematics.

  • M.Sc. Chemistry

Post-graduate education in Science can create highly skilled manpower in specific areas, which will lead to generation of new knowledge and creation of wealth for the country. Chemistry is a fundamental science and has contributed immensely to the improvement of the life of human beings by providing many of human requirements and essentialities. Chemistry is important to the world economy as well. The developments in Chemistry during last few decades are phenomenal. It is also seen that these developments are crossing the traditional vertical boundaries of scientific disciplines; the more inclination is seen towards biological sciences. New branches of chemistry are emerging and gaining importance, such as bioorganic chemistry, materials chemistry, computational chemistry, etc. The practice of Chemistry at industrial scale also is undergoing radical changes and is more or more based on deep understanding the chemical phenomena. The emerging Chemical Technologies are highly science based. The aid of computers has not only accelerated growth in the practice of Chemistry, but revolutionized the entire field. A Chemist cannot isolate himself from other disciplines. Thus, after a long span of more and more specialization in graduate and post-graduate syllabi, a symbiotic interdisciplinary approach now seems to be more relevant.

  • M.Sc. Environmental Sciences

The two years M.Sc. course in Environmental Sciences is an interdisciplinary program with an emphasis on emerging areas of environment such as water, air, soil pollution and control, climate change, resource conservation, waste management and environmental impact assessment. The program is designed in such a way that the students get in-depth knowledge of scientific, technical, economic, legal as well as social aspects of environment. The subjects offered are innovative with major thrust being on research areas pertaining to environmental pollution control and treatment technologies. The course will not only equip the students with knowledge and expertise in the area of environmental sciences but will also create avenue for research and job opportunities in future.

  •  M.Sc. /M.A. (Mass Communication and Journalism)

To equip students to develop their own short productions. These must possess considerable market-value or social significance. One major project and at least three minor projects to be undertaken apart from lab work to acquire skills related to media and media editing. Also, to impart basic skills and knowledge that helps students to confidently execute popular performances in their chosen genres.  The  students learn competencies and skills required by the media world.

  •            They will be well-integrated in the industry being industry-ready at the outset.
  •      The students would have acquired great confidence by the end of the course, having had hands-on experience with media software, intensive training in Media writing, media exposure in journalistic writing through informal internships and even experience in community outreach programmes.

  • PhD

The department offers Ph.D. program in Physics, Mathematics, Environmental Sciences and English. The specializations available are Nanotechnology, Nuclear, Plasma, Queuing Theory, Reliability Theory and Environmental sustainability etc. The department possesses, to a significant extent the research activities. The scholars also interact frequently with the research institutes located in Delhi and access the facilities available there.
